If within 30 days of your purchase you're not completely satisfied, simply contact us by e-mail at:

If some lack of functionality in one of our Steps is the cause for your dis-satisfaction, we will clear all
your test results and give you a FREE SECOND CHANCE.
If your concerns cannot be resolved by that action, then we will refund of the purchase price of the
product your purchase - no questions asked. However, our 100% guarantee requires that you make
your refund request in the following manner.
1. Your request for refund will be accepted no sooner than 15 days after your purchase. We want a
chance to see if we can solve your concerns and still keep you as a customer, and need a little time
to do that.
2. We cannot offer refunds that occur 90 days or more after the date of your purchase.
3. On your refund request, please include your name, your Truehome user name, and a phone number
with which we can contact you...and a clear explanation about why you want a refund. If we have
not pleased you, we would like to know why so we can try to improve our products or service.
4. We reserve the right to either credit your bank card, or to mail a check, depending on our policy at
the time your make your request. We will provide your refund within 60 days of your refund request.
5. If you are not a U. S. resident, depending on your country of origin, we may require a longer period
of time than 60 days to deliver your refund depending on the method of delivery selected.
