Objective: To identify and nurture Your Inner child with a Guided Visualization

These exercises are designed to enhance your ability to distinguish the reactions of that emotional inner child from those of the adult you are today. If you are comfortable using these visualization exercises, do so now by playing the audio file below.

Your deepest self has changed little since you were a child. You may still feel any of the same emotions and concerns you experienced in those early years. Traumatic experiences as an adult may also rise up from memory in this exercise. Don't worry. You are safe here. Use either of them whenever you are distracted, upset, or tense during the Truehome Workshop.

After you are done, answer the questions at the end of the two visualization exercises. If you are uncomfortable with them you can skip to the next exercise, but they will be very helpful in the Life Values exercise.
